What is a "home check"?  I walk the home checking for anything that is not right.  I run all faucets, flush all toilets, check all windows and what ever else that may need checking.  Everyone's home and needs are different.

- Automobile care

Start and drive it as needed.  Clean it and fill it up with fuel prior to your arrival.  Oil changes...  What ever it needs.

- Meet with contractors, venders, pest control companies.

Let them into the home, wait with them if needed.

- Grocery shop prior to arrival.
