Service Fee Information
I would like to give you information regarding my fees, say a price per square foot or something like that. However, I can not. Every home has different needs, every homeownwer has differnent expectations. It just plain depends... I can say this: I won't "nickle and dime" you. I have a monthly flat fee and an hourly fee that covers needs outside the realm of normal home checks. If I purchase anything for you, there is no "value fee" percentages added, just my hourly rate to take care of your needs. Nor do I charge for milage... I typically will schedule things to happen, for instance, when a vender needs to do something at your home, for a time that I am there anyway. If it runs past the normal amount of time that I would be there, I'll bill in increments of 15 minutes.
I can say this, I have a few homes where I charge the client $125 a month, and others that are higher, it really just depends! If cost is your biggest concern, and you need a quote on a web page, I may not be the right person for you. Otherwise, let's meet up, we can talk about what is important to you with respect to the care of your home and go from there.
