Some people call it "house sitting", others call it, "caretaking". I've even heard it called Vacation Home Management. What ever you call it, in Tucson, Vacation Home Care by Daniel is here for your home when you are not. I will look after things at your Tucson Vacation Home and work with your current service provides or help you set up service providers if you’re new to the area. I'll check your home once a week, (more if needed), meet with landscapers, pool people, pest elimination people, HVAC people... You name it, when it comes to your place here in Tucson, I will do what it takes to make sure it always remains a well kept, welcoming place for you to enjoy.
When choosing someone to care for your home, find someone who lives, breathes and is, homecare. Not someone who needs to find something to do with their extra time or someone seeking extra income for “mad” money to spend. Or, for that matter, someone who has decided to start a home "tending" service with out any prior experience. This is my full time job, it is not something I do to supplement other income or fill spare time. My wife is a middle school teacher, I have two kids, my full time job is your home in Tucson.
