The bottom line on services that are above and beyond normal home care or the original agreement between us is this:  The more notice you give me, the better.  The more information you give me, the better.  I have several homes I care for, all have different needs.  I am a one man show as this allows me to keep it personal and provide good service.  Sometimes things take time though, not because I am too busy, but it's been my experience that slowing down and  thinking it through ends up with better results!
