I have often been asked: "What do you mean by year round clients?" I can understand the confusion with this and am happy to explain what I mean.
My main client base has always been folks that own homes here in Tucson but only visit them now and again. Many of them have multiple homes around the the United States, Canada and so on. Every now and then, they stop into their Tucson home for a week or so. When they do, it is ready for them. No having to deal with any of the typical problems associated with a home that sits vacant, just come in and enjoy...
I do have a few clients that come in all winter and only retain my services when they are out of town during the summer, however as stated on the main page, I am currently not accepting any more.
